In 2016, Lucinda Strachan of English National Ballet founded

Ballet Skirts by Lucinda.

​

 The idea was to create studio wear that was not only functional, but an expression of the individual's unique voice.

​

B.S.B.L grew from a few hundred dancers to a few thousand.

Each with a new story to tell.
