5 FULL circle layers of chic black tulle with one layer of 'reversible' matching chiffon.

18"L is available up to size 12
20"L is available up to size 10
22"L is available up to size 8

Our skirts can be hand washed with conditioner.
Once washed, shake and hang out to dry, warm iron with cloth if needed.
